The Civil Code of Procedure Section 2025 specifically prohibits a deponents demeanor from being DESCRIBED as a part of the record.  The ONLY legal way that you can record a person's demeanor while on the record is on tape.

Whether it is an obstreperous manner, a blinking liar, or a series of conflicting and contradicting statements, the video record is an invaluable insurance policy and bargaining tool.

How it works

One of our qualified and experienced videographer will arrive at the deposition location 1HR before start time. Using the latest broadcast quality camera and sound equipment we will record multiple formats on site.  

Your copy on DVD will arrive within 5-10 business days and is included in the price of the service. We can provide any type of format from analogue video to digital files embedded in PowerPoint. Our Video/text synchronization allows you to view the video along side a scrolling transcript. Simply click on a page and line and the video will jump to that point.  Want to make your own video clips? Simply highlight the text and press make clip button. You can then export or email the clip for review by colleagues or for presentations.
